THE PROCESS:

Site meeting to discuss the project brief.
SURVEY & EXISTING DRAWINGS
Carry out site & building measured surveys.
Prepare existing site plan floor plans, elevation & sections.
CONCEPT DESIGNS
Prepare sketch designs based on the clients brief. This can include various design options.
Planning drawings
We will develop the chosen sketch designs into full planning drawings.

Prepare & submit the planning application, including the Design & Access Statement.
listed building consent
Prepare & submit the listed building consent application, including preparing the Heritage Statement for works to listed buildings
